In the first webinar of our 2021 WIN Live Programme we are joined by moderator Kevin Doolan (Partner at Møller Institute) and a panellist consisting of Costanza Loser (Head of Legal & Compliance at Allianz Re); Kai-Uwe Karl (Global Chief Litigation Counsel at GE Renewable Energy); Varun Mehta (President and CEO at Factor Law); Vonnick Le Guillou (Partner at DLA Piper); and Jon Hayes (Partner at DLA Piper).

During this session, our speakers will explore:

  • The impact of economic disruption on the in-house legal/law firm relationship
  • A specific look at how law firms and their clients can cope in the face of restrictions on legal spend.
  • How can both parties efficiently scope and price legal services in this environment?
