Jean-Pierre Douglas-Henry, DLA Piper Partner and Managing Director of Sustainability and Resilience, has over 30 years' experience advising clients in relation to litigation, arbitration and regulatory and compliance issues. He recently concluded 5 years leading our Litigation & Regulatory practice, one of the largest global practices of its kind. JP has extensive contentious financial services and energy and natural resources disputes experience. He is also experienced advising sovereigns on governance, human rights, and climate change issues. JP was recently appointed to the firm’s Executive Committee with responsibility for Sustainability & ESG (internal and client facing), our Innovation programme (Law&), our Pro Bono and Responsible Business divisions, and Risk. The common thread running through all these areas is Sustainability and Resilience.
