Will is director of Rolls-Royce SMR Ltd, a joint venture company that is developing small modular nuclear reactor technology, backed by UK government and the state of Qatar.

In Sarra’s time at dentsu, she has managed an M&A programme of approximately 60 M&A deals, designed the career framework for the L&C function and led the L&C functional transformation programme.Prior to this, Sarra spent 14 years at London city law firm, DLA Piper, specializing as a corporate lawyer working in public and private M&A, JV’s, corporate restructurings, corporate governance, plc board advisory and equity capital markets work including IPO’s and secondary issues.
