Join us for a WIN (What In-house lawyers Need) event, in association with The Law Society, as we explore how in-house lawyers can shape culture and manage ethical risk in their organisation.
Recent high-profile cases and guidance from the SRA highlight the vital role you play in upholding ethical integrity within your organisation. Amid intensifying regulatory demands, geopolitical shifts, resource constraints, financial pressure and rapidly evolving technology – your leadership is vital.
This event brings together diverse viewpoints to provide practical insights, real world examples, and a collaborative space to discuss these challenges with your peers.
Join us for:
- An introduction to The Law Society’s new Ethical Practice Framework: a practical tool designed to help legal teams make confident, values-driven decisions with Louise Hanson, Executive Director.
- Insights from a dynamic panel including:
- Experienced General Counsel offering practical perspectives drawn from real-world scenarios.
- Lucinda Soon providing a behavioural science lens on how human factors influence ethical decision-making.
- Our compliance and investigations leaders sharing experience of incident response, enforcement proceedings and on managing ethical risks.
- An opportunity to expand your network of in-house peers committed to ethical leadership.
