Our WIN webinar program addresses both the commercial and personal side of working as an in-house lawyer regardless of seniority level or location and has been created around your feedback to meet your evolving needs.
The webinars this year were themed around the changing legal team. It’s no secret that the role of the in-house legal team is evolving, becoming more strategic and aligned to growing the business. These webinars were intended to complement our clients' professional duties as an in-house lawyer, whilst growing their commercial and personal skills around the right to disconnect and psychosocial safety, leading on innovation and digital transformation strategy as an in‑house lawyer, and communicating collaboratively.
