About the speaker

Ed Peel is a Professor of Law at Keble College, Oxford, a barrister and an arbitrator. Ed is the author of Treitel: The Law of Contract and has also written the Contract volume in the 5th edition of Halsbury’s Laws of England as well as numerous articles and chapters on Contract, Tort and the Conflict of Laws.
