We welcome you to register for the first live WIN webinar of 2020. In light of the current situation, we appreciate that many of the WIN community are now working from home, therefore we have rescheduled one of this year’s live events to bring you this workshop in webinar format.
Working from home proposes challenges and opportunities alike. During this live webinar ‘Flexible working or digital leash?’ our trainer Dr Anastasia Dedyukhina will help you to adapt to these new challenges and make the most of the opportunities to thrive, and not just survive during this new way of working. The webinar will help you to understand the effect of technology overuse on different aspects of your wellbeing and productivity; build awareness around your own tech usage patterns; develop goals for your own digital control strategy and produce a clear road map of how to introduce a more balanced use of technology into your own lives.
Workshop outline
- The key differences between working remotely and working in an office and adjusting your communication to suit your environment.

- Putting boundaries in place between work and life and the ‘border theory’.
- Using the framework of time, space, relationship and self-management to make your flexible working not just productive, but enjoyable.
