However, communication is not only about smiling and making polite gestures - it also involves disagreeing. It is human nature to have different views on certain topics, and no matter how hard we try, it can sometimes be difficult to keep our emotions in check. We would like to invite you to the first meeting of the WIN series in Poland, which officially opens our training cycle for legal clients. Our WIN Warsaw workshops are part of a new series of events exploring a variety of soft skills that will hopefully be of benefit in building your relationships with clients.

Trust is the basis for cooperation, and it is something that is lacking in Poland. According to research conducted by Professor Janusz CzapiƄski (2014), out of 26,000 people surveyed, only 50 are involved in collective activities. Poles generally do not trust themselves or others. What is trust in practice? How is it helpful? How can we build trust in everyday professional relations? What is the role of trust in the work of a lawyer in a corporation?

Dealing with conflicts without using force

For most of us, conflicts are unpleasant experiences and we try to avoid them. However , since disagreements are inherent in interpersonal relations, this is not always possible. What causes conflicts? How should we react to conflicts in the work environment? How can we extract ourselves from conflicts? How can we resolve conflicts to our advantage without resorting to force?
