Women's WIN provides a unique platform of events tailored to enable female in-house lawyers, wherever they are in their careers, to interact with one another and hear from other successful female leaders. Women's WIN events include panel discussions around leadership and career progression; soft skills training workshops; and networking events.

The Leadership Alliance for Women

DLA Piper has been recognised as a market leader in diversity initiatives and our Leadership Alliance for Women (LAW) programme and was named as the Best Gender Diversity Initiative by an International Firm at the Euromoney Women in Business Law Awards (2014).

LAW was launched in late 2013 in the UK and in April 2014 in Australia, focussing on mentoring, bespoke skills training and networking for female lawyers at DLA Piper. Women's WIN extends the excellence of our LAW programme to the WIN community and provides a unique platform for collaboration, training, networking and sharing best practice.
