Sustainability issues are increasingly important for multinational companies and so too has it become at the top of the agenda for national Competition Regulators.

We are bringing together a panel from The Dutch Competition Authority (ACM), the first national authority to issue sustainability guidelines and a multinational company to discuss the interaction between sustainability and competition law and the items which should be top of your agenda.
