Join us on Thursday 5 November via Zoom for an exclusive panel discussion exploring the changing role of the in-house lawyer during the global pandemic.
During these unprecedented times, businesses have been required to adapt to new ways of working, which has resulted in the role of the in-house lawyer also having to adjust to suit the evolving needs of their organisation.
Following the circulation of a WIN survey earlier this year, we received responses from over 200 in-house lawyers globally in relation to their experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic. In the first WIN Insights Report, we have drawn out key themes from the survey results to provide first-hand insight into the changing role of in-house lawyers around the world during these times and in the imminent future.

To celebrate the launch of the report, we will be hosting a virtual panel discussion with three senior in-house lawyers who have led their own legal teams during the pandemic. Sharing their own experiences and taking a practical look at the changing nature of their role, the panel will discuss the key themes identified within the WIN Insights Report, including:
- how organisations have moved and adapted to remote working;
- how legal teams have helped their organisations respond to the pandemic;
- the role of the in-house legal team in guiding their organisation through to the ‘new normal’ and what this has meant in terms of legal strategy and legal spend; and
- what the future looks like for the in-house legal team in light of recent changes.
