Pressure on supply chains has never been greater, both as a result of prevailing consumer trends and the effects of COVID-19. These demands have accelerated business’ adoption of Supply Chain 4.0 technologies. In this session we will examine how businesses can manage operational resilience and legal risks when contracting for these technologies, both with the supply chain participants themselves and in respect of fourth party risk. We will also consider how businesses can manage and mitigate risk when participants in your supply chain are in financial distress, including in respect of the changes resulting from the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020.
