In this practical workshop we will journey boldly towards our own inner roadblocks as we seek to grow in self-awareness and emotional intelligence. Our aim: to lead courageously whether conflict is present or absent and to communicate clearly, honestly and compassionately.

A Buddhist meditation and mindfulness guru appears on breakfast TV. The bookstore shelves are full of new titles on happiness - by everyone from Ruby Wax to Derren Brown. So happiness is certainly getting plenty of airtime these days. It’s hip. But is it still too hippy for lawyers and other professionals? We don’t think so. At least, not if it’s explained properly. By someone credible. Who actually understand the pressures of life in a professional services business, operating in a hugely competitive regulated industry. And it’s definitely worth lawyers exploring happiness. An overwhelming body of research has now been published that demonstrates conclusively the strong links between happiness and success. In other words – happiness leads to success. Not the other way around.
